Although I haven’t been keeping up with the details of the Notorious B.I.G. wrongful death suit, it looks like it’s going to get more complicated with the introduction of a new witness whose testimony caused the judge to delay the trial until Thursday. The LA Times is reporting that a statement from a jailhouse informant, who connects LAPD officers and Death Row, was read to the court with the jury apparently out of the room leading to the judge’s action to enable both sides to adjust to this new testimony.
