I’m going to keep playing around with the Job Board idea and am now experimenting with Indeed’s services.  I’ll basically keep going until I find the implementation that I think works best for ProHipHop and for job searchers.

I’m also playing with another service from Simply Hired that’s starting to edge out the others in my fevered mind.

Final Update:
All these solutions are disappointing for one reason or another, i.e. none truly meet my needs though each has part of the solution.  Why it’s so hard to mix and match simple features is beyond me.
