Rizoh and Q Launch Street Census
Today Rizoh announced the launch of Street Census, a joint blogging venture with Quibian Salazar-Moreno aka Q. It's basically a blog focused on top lists like Top 10 Hip-Hop Movies and Rob Swift's Top 5 most influential DJs.
The distinguishing element here is going to artists for their lists. I think adding occasional guest posts from other writers could be a good thing and, taking the Street Census title literally, hitting the streets to survey the general public's top lists. Adding some commentary about other publications' lists when they come out would add yet another dimension.
One of the biggest challenges over time will be keeping it fresh and finding creative list topics without straying too far from the hip hop niche for variety.
Here's to you, lads!

Now you know we're going to take all those suggestions (some of which were already being considered) and run with them and not give you any credit.
Seriously, thanks for the golden nuggets.

I just ran with the obvious possibilities, many of which I'm not surprised that you've already considered. Just wanted to get my 2 cents in early.
No additional credit or compensation is necessary unless, of course, you get rich and famous off one of them there nuggets!
