Anybody know how they screen people who want to take a look at high end properties such as this one?

Yes, they pre qualify you for the loan. If you can't afford to buy it, you won't be looking at it.

Thanks. I knew there had to be something like that happening. And the rich tourists who make it through are probably worth knowing for the real estate agents.
