Mos Def's mom's got a book coming out too, I'm actually looking forward to reading that this summer.
On this one ... umm, no thank you. There's nothing that Ye's mom can explain that Ye hasn't in his lyrics (if one just listens, and I do). Perhaps she can overilluminate his overanalysis.

i believe this is a boo k to go aout and read. if you had a mom that loved and raised you and is part the reason you came out to be a decent person you will love it. kanye is one of the most real and talented rappers out there. im a big fan

i am eager to read the book. i am waiting until aug 25th to buy it in chicago when donda will be here for the signing of the book. i was a great part of kanye's and donda's lives for over 10 years. i have known him since he was 10 years old. therefore, i am looking to see how honest she is in her writings or did she embellish. after i read the book, i will get back at yall to let you know the real deal.
