Lawsuits: Jay-Z, 40/40 Club, Damon Dash, Rocawear

Jay-Z and the 40/40 Club are getting sued:
Lawyers for Celeste Williams, a former waitress at 40/40, accused the club of keeping a cut of workers’ tips and "willfully failing and refusing to pay them at the legally required minimum wage" and overtime since the popular nightspot opened in 2003.

Earlier this month, Antonne Jones:
filed a copyright infringement suit in Manhattan federal court against Lionsgate, Roc-A-Fella Films and producers Jay-Z and Damon Dash, claiming the 2002 film "State Property" is based on his book "The Family — A Philadelphia Mob Story."

Last month, Rocawear sued a "California store for selling counterfeit jewelry bearing the logo of the fashion brand".
