I’ve been putting a lot of energy into the backend of this web publishing empire and, though there’s nothing dramatic to show for it, here’s some of what I’ve been doing instead of updating you on hip hop business news.  Almost all of the visible aspects involve mixed newsfeeds powered by Feed Digest which really began with World Cypher.

The ProHipHop Job Board is now ProHipHop Jobs: Music, Media & Marketing.  I’m gradually adding job related resources in the sidebar and have been experimenting with additional feeds in the individual job listings.

Flux Research is now more clearly focused on Media Biz 2.0 with multiple Web, Media and Mobile 2.0 mixed newsfeeds and links to related offsite projects.

The netweed Web Directory now features mixed newsfeeds in all directory categories, though some still need work.  Working on the web directory is mostly a labor of love but, if I can find the time, I want to experiment with incorporating more Web 2.0 goodies to bring new life to that project much as Spell with flickr brought some life to the netweed homepage.
