As Arbitron’s Personal People Meter rearranges the radio landscape one Denver hip hop station has benefitted from the new data source.

Though I’m not sure if there’s a PPM connection, Columbus, Ohio’s hip hop and RnB station Power 107-5 moved up to no. 1 in the Spring Arbitron ratings.
