Documentary DMC: My Adoption Journey Wins Emmy

The VH1 "Rock Doc" DMC: My Adoption Journey won an Emmy last night:

"DMC: My Adoption Journey" was awarded a News & Documentary Emmy for Outstanding Arts & Culture Programming. The other nominees in VH1's category were "I'm Mike Wallace: A 60 Minutes Tribute" (CBS); "Favela Rising" (Cinemax) and "Lomax The Songhunter" (PBS).

Congratulations to all involved with this production and big ups to DMC for taking the meaningful route post-superstardom.
