Hip Hop/Rap YouTube Video Unit from Google’s AdSense

You may have been hearing about Google/YouTube AdSense video ads so here’s a hip hop/rap version for examination.

Quick Response:
I really don’t like ads appearing over the image.  I still think 3 to 5 second prerolls are the best bet onscreen.

I’m also wondering if they’re hosting the video units differently than the general site.  YouTube has seen a lot of downtime and poor performance lately and that would not work for an ad network.
