Hey, I think I might get a t-shirt for mentioning this interview with Joe Conzo by Ivan Sanchez regarding hip hop photography and his book Born in the Bronx: A Visual Record of the Early Days of Hip Hop.

But before you call me a sellout consider that I've already covered the book as well as a related exhibit.

thank u for this man. people been hating on Chingo for the longest. As a Mexican, to me he IS NOT a minstrel type cuz the way he dresses people still dress like that in Mexico. You have here an innercity minority making millions off of showing off his culture. I'm proud of him as a Mexican and support everything he does. Too bad he is more original than a lot of other rappers
