Radiohead – In Rainbows
Radiohead’s In Rainbows, probably the most discussed rock album on hip hop blogs in 2007, takes the no. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 album chart soon after taking the top spot in the UK.

1. Radiohead – In Rainbows
2. Alicia Keys – As I Am
3. Mary J. Blige – Growing Pains
4. Now That’s What I Call Music 26
5. Taylor Swift – Taylor Swift
6. Chris Brown – Exclusive
7. Garth Brooks – The Ultimate Hits
8. Soundtrack – Juno
9. Colbie Caillat – Coco
10. The Eagles – Long Road Out of Eden
On a personal note:
One of my New Year’s resolutions was to listen to more albums in 2008. I tried listening to a streaming version of In Rainbows. After the fourth song I was so incredibly bored that I just shut it off.
That’s one of those reasons I don’t do album reviews anymore. It requires listening to whole albums no matter how much I personally feel they suck and then playing the debased role of music critic.
I just don’t see the appeal in my doing that.
