If anyone should be getting sued it should be Atlantic Records. 8D'z BaBeeZ of East Cleveland, Ohio have been trying to get a record deal with the atlantic record label for 2 yrs. talking with interns and sending music constantly and explaining the whole new movement of the 8d'z babeez concept. Now Pretty Ricky comes out with the 80 babies title. The concept was unheard of until these young men went to NY two years ago and marketed the concept but all the time keeping in touch with some Atlantic Record employees. They are the real thieves.

That's a bad thing.
And a good reason to trademark whatever you can afford to trademark.
