T.I.'s Paper Trail has been pushed back to September 30th, the third time it's been pushed back after being pushed up to August.
On Monday, in Washington, DC, T.I. and the Hip Hop Caucus are holding a press conference to announce a voter registration and mobilization drive.
The campaign slogan and t-shirts will be unveiled at that time.
