Too Short may lose the equipment at his UpAllNite recording studio in Oakland for not completing payment of a $1 million settlement related to a 1991 auto accident and fatality.

Apparently Too Short’s been ducking this one and deputies "have tried for more than a week to serve Shaw [aka Too Short] with an order to turn over his assets, as well as appear in Superior Court on Aug. 13 to explain why he did not submit a list of his property" to the lawyer appointed to collect the balance.

Not a good look.
