2008 Black Weblog Awards Nominees, SOHH.com is a Blog?
The 2008 Black Weblog Awards have announced the nominees for 2008 and the contenders for Best Hip-Hop Blog are:
Congrats to whoever the winner is but this is hard to care about from the hip hop blogging perspective. If the same people are going to make the list and the newbie isn't even legitimately listed, why should people care?
Note: I think the Black Weblog Awards are potentially much more important than people realize but allowing SOHH.com into the mix rather than requiring people to pick individual blogs on the site pretty much undermines that category.

Those three are it? I can think of more than 30 off the top of my head that are consistent, quality, and incredibly well-written and entertaining. WTF.
