Jay-Z Inc. Shuts Down Vegas 40/40 Club & Sells Lease

Yesterday Palazzo casino officials announced the closing of the 40/40 Club after less than a year.

The lease is being sold to the Sands Club and that's the end of Jay-Z's Sinatra in Vegas phase.  At least until he gets booked for an extended run somewhere.

Given recent eyewitness reports from people I trust, it wasn't that special a place anyway.
