Kanye West's 808s & Heartbreak #1 for "Rappa Ternt Sanga"

Kanye West's 808s & Heartbreak debuts at no. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart.

However, Kanye's College Dropout debuted with 441k sales, Late Registration with 860k and Graduation with 957k while 808s & Heartbreak drops back to 450k.

Yes, he's still the man and, sure, album sales are tanking but is "Rappa Ternt Sanga" really the smartest career move for the esteemed Mr. West?

Speaking of tanking sales, Luda experiences the sadness of debuting a bit further down the chart than he's grown accustomed.

Top 10 Albums on the Billboard 200:

1. Kanye West - 808s & Heartbreak
2. Taylor Swift - Fearless
3. Guns N' Roses - Chinese Democracy [Best Buy Exclusive]
4. Beyonce - I Am ... Sasha Fierce
5. Ludacris - Theater of the Mind
6. The Killers - Day & Age
7. Nickelback - Dark Horse
8. Soundtrack - Twilight
9. Now That's What I Call Music! 29
10. David Cook - David Cook
