In keeping with the frugal times and the need to celebrate the SpongeBob SquarePants 10th year anniversary, Simmons Jewelry Co. is collaborating with Nickelodeon/Viacom Consumer Products on a SpongeBob SquarePants jewelry and watch line to debut fall '09 with items ranging from $150 to $75,000.

And to make sure that the Diamond Empowerment Fund, a nonprofit created by Russell Simmons, is well funded, there will be an auction of a "12-carat total weight diamond-encrusted SpongeBob pendant" (shown above) that will be "displayed in a one of a kind, custom made abstract box" (shown below).

The pendant contains a "total of 12 carats of white diamonds as well as color enhanced yellow, red and blue diamonds set in 18KT yellow and white gold".

No wonder Big Russ got the 2009 GEM Award for Style!
Nevertheless, I still prefer Kimora's Hello Kitty line.
