Nick Cannon vs. Eminem: Round 1 to Cannon

We'll see how far this goes but I think Eminem may have a battle on his hands. Nick Cannon blogs:

I love the way everybody's picking out their favorite parts of this post and I appreciate Nahshon's dream that this will somehow revive Eminem's creativity as a diss artist. But, at the end of the day, such artistry is short-lived.

The thing is, hand-to-hand, I'm sure Nick Cannon could kick Eminem's ass and he seems to be pretty good at dissing the "Manic-depressive-Insecure-Maclovin-Nazi- Liza Minelli haircut havin-lookin ass[hole]". This should be interesting though I doubt it will be a long-running show.

And, as a fan of hip hop, Nahshon, I'm ready for Marshall Mathers to leave the building.

Looks like the beef ain't going nowhere and Eminem has more important things on his mind. Like cashing in!

Ok, I've been going back and listening to early Eminem and, alright, he's seriously skilled and yes he could take Cannon verbally if not hand to hand.  The Second Coming style frenzy tends to turn me off but that's my own kneejerk response which is as much a sign of my burnout as anything else.

No Stanleys here but, yes, I admit that Eminem's actual skill is winning me over, not as a diss artist but as a creative lyricist.

It does seem weird backing Cannon but these are weird times.

Actually, he pulled that post and I doubt this will go anywhere. It doesn't really benefit either of these guys to battle.

And I don't think either of these guys are trying to be gangster. Certainly not Cannon. Eminem's more horrorcore and comedy than anything else. At least, that's what I've gotten out of the videos so far.

Nick would never really win a battle verbally between him and em because thats where eminem channels his emotions and ppl can feel that/ physically who knows but if it came down to that nick would probably end up dead not from eminem but someone affiliated wit him kuz thats what comes with gangster rap and ppl have already died around em friends and foes
