Baatin, a cofounder of Slum Village as was the late J Dilla, passed and was found Saturday. The case is not being treated as a homicide but no cause of death has yet been released. Baatin was 35 years old and participating in the return of Slum Village.

I know, it’s really sad.
I think they could be doing really well right now. Glad to hear they kept performing, though that must have been hard.
Nevertheless, staying in the game is sometimes the best way to honor those who have fallen along the way.
