Bill Cosby Presents The Cosnarati State Of Emergency is due November 24th.
Artists involved with the project recently responded to attacks by Russell Simmons. Of course, Russell can whine all he wants, but this album will still do more than everything the Russell Simmons Music Group released, though I can't recall anything that they did release.
I'm not a big fan of Bill Cosby's past attacks on hip hop but I appreciate the fact that he's trying to produce something that he finds meaningful rather than just complaining from the sidelines which now seems to be Russell Simmons' role.

I assume you’re asking: why is the State Of Emergency “Expected to Outsell Combined Total of All Russell Simmons Music Group Releases”?
I’m basically pointing to the fact that the Russell Simmons Music Group was a failure when it could have been a big success leading to a situation in which Bill Cosby can now become more relevant to actual hip hop music than is Russell Simmons.
Which is kind of bizarre when you think about it.
