Singles: Ke$ha & Lil Wayne Making History

This week's Hot 100 singles chart includes The Black Eyed Peas with two top 10 singles and Ke$ha's TiK ToK as the "longest running No. 1 debut single by a female artist on the Billboard Hot 100 since [Debby Boone in] 1977".

Though not currently in the top 10, Lil Wayne's connected to four Hot 100 debuts giving him fifty-four 21st Century singles in the Hot 100 and solidifying his no. 1 status in that regard versus Jay-Z's forty-four.

They are: Knockout at no. 44, American Star featuring Shanell at no. 91 (both from Rebirth), F**k Today (a separately released digital single) and Kevin Rudolf's I Made It (Cash Money Heroes) on which Lil Wayne, Birdman and Jay Sean appear.
