Here's some news about social media tools for keeping up and communicating with multiple accounts. I've had mixed success with these kind of things but am still exploring and believe it's well worth the effort.
But, then again, I think it's important to remember that just because you can post to a hundred million social network pages, that's doesn't mean you should:
