Hip-Hop Hall of Fame Awards Signs National Television Deal to Return in a 4th Qtr. Cable Broadcast

The Hip-Hop Hall of Fame Awards ‘Induction Ceremony & Concert’ Television show signs a national television deal to return in a fourth quarter2011 Cable Broadcast. This will be the first broadcast since airing in national syndication and on the BET Cable Network in the 90’s. “It has been a long road back for the Hip-Hop Hall of Fame Awards Show, and we are excited about returning to national television”, stated Creator and Executive Producer, James J.T. Thompson.

The Show will feature celebrity hosts with special guest appearances, and performances from some of Hip-Hop Music & Culture’s most recognizable artists and celebrities. Hip-Hop Hall of Fame officials are preparing to share with the world the 2011 Hall of Fame Inductee Class with its National Cable Network partner.

The production company and creative team is currently finalizing agreements with Celebrity Talent for the show, and are expected to make continuous announcements over the next few weeks in regards to the celebrity hosts, performers, presenters, and corporate partnerships.

Hip-Hop Hall of Fame is dedicated to the entire culture of hip-hop, from the deejay, the MC, the B-Boy and B-Girl Break-dancers, the graffiti artists, the music, to the businesses, leaders, and people who have shaped and influenced the culture since its inception in all phases. “This will be monumental and be around for many generations to come”, says Easy AD Harris, a Hip-Hop Hall of Fame Executive and iconic member of the legendary Cold Crush Brothers.
